Ecology is the study of interactions of organisms with one another and with the physical world. It represents one of the most synoptic disciplines because it integrates biological, chemical, physical, and mathematical concepts. In this course, the characteristics of individual species, population, communities, ecosystems, and landscapes will be examined.
