The College Chorale is an auditioned student choral ensemble devoted to the performance of a variety of musical styles and the exploration of musical and singing traditions of many cultures of the world. Repertoire includes sacred and secular works from the Renaissance through the twentieth century along with Early American Shape-note singing, African traditional singing, Appalachian gospel, and Celtic tunes. The College Chorale performs at various College events and presents numerous performances off campus. May be repeated for up to 8 credits using course numbers 106, 205, 206, 305, 306, 405, and 406.
