Strategic Plan

This week the Board of Trustees Planning Committee approved the latest draft of the Strategic Plan. The draft now goes to the full Board for review at its October 9-10 meeting. After that meeting we'll make final changes before submission to the Board in December.

Interim Deanship of Service-Learning

As previously announced, Franklin Tate recently resigned from his position as Interim Dean of Service-Learning as of September 18 to direct a new youth education program for Trout Unlimited. I am writing to inform you that Franklin Tate has resigned as Interim Dean of Service-Learning, effective September 18, 2009, to take a newly created directorship with Trout Unlimited. Although I deeply regret that we’re losing this dedicated and extraordinarily competent member of our community, I know that Franklin is excited about pursuing this new chapter in his career with an organization of great importance.
