To initiate remote support, first call the Helpdesk (828-771-3094). If you have been directed here by WWC Computing Services Staff or Crew please download the appropriate Teamviewer quick support module below. Once you launch the program we will need the ID and passcode supplied for you to invite us to your machine. Once connected, we can remotely control and assist you but only for that session. Once the connection is closed we have no access until you invite us again. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact the Supervisor.
Again, this program does not permanently grant us access to your computer but can be launched anytime you want to set up remote support with Computing Services.
