Sarah Susanka is the leader of a movement that redefined the American home through her “Not So Big” philosophy and “build better, not bigger” approach. In May 2007, Random House published
The Not So Big Life where Susanka moves beyond habitation of homes, and into how we inhabit our lives. She is a sought-after resource by industry groups and professional organizations such as the American Institute of Architects, and regularly shares her insights with members of the media such as “The Oprah Show”, “Charlie Rose”, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. Sarah Susanka is a registered architect, a member of the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects, a Senior Fellow of the Design Futures Council, and author of seven books.
