Bob Deutsch is principal attorney of Robert J. Deutsch, PA, a law firm in Asheville concentrating in real estate development transactions, negotiations, and litigation. He is a member of the Warren Wilson College Board of Trustees, and conceived of the Mountain Green Conference as a means of convening the development community around issues of sustainability as our mountains are developed. Perry Dror leads Asheville-based Building Future Builders , a not-for-profit foundation (and a part of the Eblen-Kimmel Charitable Foundation), dedicated to providing and enhancing opportunities for future generations of construction professionals. Perry has many years of prior management experience in multi-national pharmaceutical corporations. Perry has a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a MBA in finance. Tony Hauser and Mike Dale are with Ambient Design Group. Ambient Design Group is a land-use planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering design firm specializing in environmentally sensitive development and redevelopment of public and private properties. Ambient Design Group is equally owned and operated by Tony Hauser, a professional engineer and registered landscape architect, and Mike Dale, a registered landscape architect. Caroline Sutton, Executive Officer of the Asheville Home Builders Association, created in 1966, the AHBA serves as the builder's advocate in the community. Bob Wagner is the Vice President of Programs for The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina. His responsibilities include overseeing grantmaking and scholarships, community initiatives, and donor engagement. Previously he worked with Habitat for Humanity International as the Africa Program Director. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and resides in Asheville, NC with his wife and two children.

John Yurko is the founding principal of Yurko Design & Architecture PA in Asheville, NC.
