Walk Off Mats

Why is it important?

Up to two-thirds of dust and particulates in houses is tracked in on shoes. The dust contains everything from soil and pesticides to abrasive sand, mold, road grime and bacteria. Once these particulates are inside the home, they can be difficult to get rid of. By minimizing the amount of contaminants tracked inside, occupants will have a cleaner living/working environment with fewer pollutants, less dirt, and less exposure to potential health hazards.

Where can I get more information?

Milliken offers an extensive range of mat products and services for the commercial, retail and rental markets in North America, Europe and Asia. The company has been the standard-bearer in mats for more than seven decades with an eco-heritage spanning more than 100 years. Innovative green product engineering means less energy and water for mat maintenance. All products are designed for healthier interiors with no PVC, chlorine or non-biodegradable substances. Using fewer resources for superior construction extends mat life and reduces waste to landfill with 100 percent recyclable products. Milliken Walk Off Mats products may also contribute to LEED.
