Warren Wilson College is excited to introduce for Spring Semester 2013 paperless student account billing. The college strives to use effective stewardship as a means to keep operating costs low -- a key factor in keeping tuition charges as reasonable as possible. These changes promote operational efficiency and the preservation of natural and college resources while delivering information to students in a timely manner.
The introduction of the CampusWEB portal has permitted students and parents to have real-time access to student account information as well as the ability to make immediate account payments online. Beginning in the spring 2013 semester, the college will cease mailing paper statemnts and begin utilizing the CampusWEB portal alone for all student account billing.
Paper bills will not be mailed unless requested. Students will receive an email, to their campus email account and any email supplied to the AR Address email (located under "My Address" in CampusWEB), when the student's bill is available for viewing online. The bill can be accessed by logging into the account using the student's Login and PIN (or parent page Login and PIN). Once logged in, click on the "My Billing" link.
Email is considered an official method of communication at Warren Wilson College. With the change to paperless, it is imperative that students check their email account regularly. We strongly recommend that students always forward reminder emails to any individuals that assist them in paying their bills each semester. Please remember that Fall billing occurs during the summer, so continue to check your email.
Check and money order payments will still be accepted and can be mailed to Warren Wilson College, P.O. Box 9000, CPO 6362, Asheville, NC 28815-9000. Detailed payment instructions will be included in the e-billing notification email.
