The Bannerman Society is named for Arthur M. Bannerman, first president of Warren Wilson College.

Individuals who give to Warren Wilson College through wills, trusts, and other planned gifts join Dr. Bannerman and the rest of our founders in securing the financial future of the College. These donors are recognized through membership in The Bannerman Society. Their giving is largely targeted towards increasing the College's endowment support of student scholarships and faculty and staff salary support. This special group is recognized at various times throughout the year and are listed in Warren Wilson's annual President's Report. Many of these individuals have chosen to include Warren Wilson in their wills or estate plans.

We would welcome the opportunity to talk with you about how you can support your area of interest at Warren Wilson. Some types of current gifts, such as cash, securities, or real estate may make sense in your situation. You may, however, benefit from a gift which returns an income to you or someone you choose, such as a trust or an annuity, during your lifetime.
