Senior Projects I and II

ART 412 is the first of the two-semester sequence and is always taken in the fall of the senior year. In this course the student begins the development of a cohesive body of work. At the end of the semester he or she will present a portfolio that must be approved by the faculty committee in order for the student to move on to Senior Project II.

The pre-requisites for Senior Project I are that the student has completed, with a grade of B- or better, at least 12 credits of his or her studio concentration and has had his or her essay accepted by the art faculty.

ART 413 is the second course of the sequence. It is always taken in the spring. During this semester the student completes the work begun in ART 412 and selects a protion of this work for the senior exhibition in Holden Gallery.
