Career Services works with students and alumni who are preparing for the next steps on life's journy. We help students and alumni as the navigate transitions in their quest for meaningful work and service. Career Services heps students to see how knowledge, skills and experience gained through the Triad can transfer to work and service opportunities beyond graduation. Career Services collaborates with faculty members, alumni and work crew supervisors, as well as external organizations, to connect people, ideas, opportunities and experiences.

We offer group and individual counseling as well as experiential opportunities that complement allstudents' learning and experiences during their time as Warren Wilson.

We support the creer development process through services that:

• Enhance self-awareness of interests, values and talents
• Encourage exploration of future paths
• Provide opportunities to acquire knowledge and experience
• Develope skills for effective self-presentation
