Recently completed a conservation education and outreach textbook; currently working with local schools to connect youth to local foods; researching faith-based environmental initiatives for new book

Projects:
Community-based research by students in classes has resulted in projects such as the design and construction of an interpretive trail in Fletcher, NC; advocacy campaigns for local NGOs, EE workshops for students in local public schools, etc.
