COMMON ERRORS THAT OCCUR DURING THE VERIFCATION PROCESS
1. Federal Verification Worksheet has not been completed in full.
2. All members of the family (including parents) are not listed in family
information section. The table should include all family members who
live with and receive more than half of their support from the parents.
3. The Federal Verification Worksheet has not been signed by both the
applicant and the parent.
4. All W-2s have not been submitted.
5. The process will be delayed if the requested documentation arrives
in a "piece-meal" fashion.
* Current students, please remember that if you choose to file, or are
required to file a tax return, you must include your WWC wages! A
W-2 for 2012 will be sent to your CPO by January 31st.
