The first step to take in any work-related area is to contact your building manager (often your RD or AC) and request a work order. All work orders for a building need to be submitted by the building manager, primarily to avoid duplicate orders. If the work does not get done in a timely manner, is not satisfactory, or you have any other problems, you should again follow up with your building manager.
