WWC uses Sodexho for their food service provider. Fortunately, our garden has the opportunity to sell a portion of the produce to Cowpie Cafe and Gladfelter Cafeteria. 54% of our produce is sold to the Dining hall, mostly Cowpie, providing students with fresh local produce. The campus Local Food Crew is working to increase the amount of local foods on our cafeterias from the WWC garden and surrounding farms; for the benefit of our students and local economy. Please look for the current local produce being served identified on the bulletin board in line at the Cowpie Cafe. Also make sure to check out the Local Foods Crew website for up-to-date information on local foods on campus.
