Welcome
Initially conceived as a resource primarily for the use of students enrolled in the courses I teach at Warren Wilson College, by the time of its creation in the summer of 2004, this website has grown beyond the original conception. Thus, aside from course material, material and information related to the overlapping spheres of my scholarly pursuits, professional development and personal interests can also be found on this website. 

This website is a perpetual "work-in-progress." In particular, I intend to expand the galleries section - especially on the subject of Buddhist material culture and Buddhist ritual and liturgical traditions. Translations of texts will also be made available at a future time. Until then, enjoy and use what's here now!
