Korevec Hall, formerly Ballfield B, was renamed in the spring of 2005 for Virginia Korevec, a friend of the College for nearly 20 years. This residence hall was the first building in Warren Wilson's Ballfield cluster of four residence halls. It houses 40 students and is coed, with communal bathrooms. Rooms are approximately 12' by 16' and have windows which open, bunkable beds, and in-room phone and internet hookups. The building is equipped with a full kitchen, a lounge with a TV/VCR, a bike room, and a laundry room. It is also designed with handicapped-accessible facilities. Small, quiet, and caged pets are allowed in Korevec with RD and roommate consent. Korevec has been designated a "quiet" residence hall.
