Designated as the Warren Wilson College Wellness residence hall because of its healthy living arrangement, Welness is nearly identical to the first two Ballfield residences. Healthy living is defined as living in a space free of alcohol and other drugs. Residents agree that these substances should not be stored in the building and agree not to return to the hall under the influence of these substances. Wellness typically houses 42 students and is co-ed with communal bathrooms. Rooms are approximately 12' by 16' and have windows which open, bunkable beds, and in-room phone and internet hookups. Rooms are not carpeted. It is equipped with a full kitchen, a lounge with TV and a VCR, a bike room, and a laundry room. Like the other Ballfield residence halls, this dorm is designed with handicapped-accessible facilities.
