JSTOR - The Scholarly Journal Archivecontains complete backfiles of key journals covering anthropology, ecology, geography, history, political science, latin american studies, sociology and more. However, it generally does not include the most recent five years of a journal's issues.

GEOBASE index of records covering the worldwide literature on geology, geography, and ecology.

Historical Abstractscovers world history (excluding the U.S. and Canada, which are covered in America: History & Life), back to around 1450.

America History & Lifea great index w/ abstracts only (no full text), covering pre-history to the present for the U.S. and Canada.

AnthroSource 100 years of anthropological material online, including: current issues for 15 of the AAA's most critical peer-reviewed publications

Earthscape a wide range of information in the Earth sciences and environmental policy.
