Aquisitions Office -- Joy Pastucha
Personnel in the Acquisitions Department process orders for books and videos/DVDs, monitor these collection budgets, receive shipments, and prepare books for the shelves. The department also receives gift books and designates them for the collection or the annual book sale inventory. In addition, the department reviews the collection for relevancy and currency.
Joy Pastucha, the acquisitions/collection development librarian, holds master's degrees in library science and English from the University of Michigan.
