A passing score on this exam indicates that you are ready for any of our introductory courses in Mathematics. If you do not pass this exam it is recommended that you review and retake the exam. If you still do not pass, after a thorough review and a conscientious retake, please speak to a member of the math faculty.
Yes, and if you may be interested in taking Calculus:
Take the placement exam in Trigonometry and Elementary Functions .
A passing score on this exam (50%) indicates that you may register for Mat 241 Calculus. If you "Pass" this exam (your results will be available instantaneously), then we ask that you also take the Calculus Readiness exam. (This is for our information only, your grade on this will not affect your placement.)
If you do not pass this exam, then you should review and retake it.
If you cannot pass this exam, then you should take the Algebra exam.
