Open Mic

It's pretty much whatever you want it to be. "Open," from the Latin "openus," meaning "come read." And "Mic", from the Greek "Microphonos," which translates to "your stuff." So yeah. Come read your stuff. Plato was doing it. Bring whatever you want and put it on the microphone. Or near it. Bring a ham sandwich and slap it on the microphone. Read what you've written; sing what you love; dance what you feel.  Share yourself.  No judgments.

THWAP.
