Description of Agency: The HELP program has been shown to prevent decline in elders often caused by hospitalization. Education is specifically geared towars preventing this decline at a critical moment in hospitalized elders' lives. Bedside contact with elders who are hospitalized Be part of a growing and cutting-edge health care environment Education provided for team-oriented program Make friends with interesting people who have lifetime stories to share. Personal enrichment while helping, listening to, and empowering older adults.
