Taizé Style Worship

Once a month, the Spiritual Life crew hosts a worship service in the style of the Taize community in France. This service consists of communal silence, meditative singing, readings from the Bible, and reflections on the canonical text of the Bible. The Taize community is a monastic order of Catholic and Protestant Christian monks outside of Burgundy, France. Our services are centered on Christianity, but try to be as inclusive as possible. The space is a nice way to unwind after a long week, and a great, peaceful start to another week.

The dates for our Taize services are February 7, March 28, April 18, and May 2. In February, April, and May, the service will be in Upper Fellowship Hall. Our March service will be held downstairs, in Lower Fellowship Hall.
