Lyn O'Hare - Director |
Academic Support Services provides support to students who feel the need to improve their study habits or request extra help with their classes. The service covers everything from giving tips on organization, how to work efficiently, and manage time effectively to tutoring and helping with a thesis. The Peer Group Leader Program is a mentoring program for first year and transfer students offering help with the transition into the Warren Wilson life and culture. Students can also receive special accommodations through Disability-Related Services, another support within Academic Support Services. Learn more about the staff. |

Stacey Enos - Director |
Athletics, Recreation & Adventure Sports is comprised of Intercollegiate Athletics, Intramural & Club Sports, and Outdoor Programs. The facilities include DeVries Gymnasium, Bryson Gym, the indoor pool, a complete weight room, tennis courts, athletic fields, the Alpine Tower complex, the Swannanoa River, and miles of foot and bike trails throughout campus. We also have spin bikes, rowing machines and treadmills to use. Sporting equipment is available to check out with WWC ID. The Pool and DeVries offer convenient hours of operation for WWC community use with an ID. DeVries is staffed by the Athletics Crew, who also assists in varsity game day operations, running intramurals and operating large department events. Learn more about the staff. |

Art Shuster - Director |
Counseling Center services include short-term individual counseling; referrals to community therapists, treatment programs, and 12-step programs; emergency crisis counseling, personal development groups on special topics; training for Residence Hall Directors, Resident Assistants, and Peer Group Leaders; community education; and consultation to campus groups. Counseling services may also be utilized as a link between the student and parents, or others considered a part of one's personal network. Learn more about the staff. |

Diversity & Intercultural Initiatives offers services to support the academic and personal empowerment and well-being of students of diverse national, ethnic and racial backgrounds. Their mission is to provide an environment where underrepresented students can flourish. They offer academic advising, mentoring, information on resources and opportunities at WWC, moral support, and advocacy. For the general community they provide education for mindful communication. Clubs and Support Groups include International Student Organization, Language Exchange Club, Community Circle of Students of Color, Black to Life, and the Mentoring Program for First Year Students. Pat Parker - Registered Nurse & Clinic Manager |
The Health Center is open Monday through Friday during times the academic programs are in session. The Center is staffed by a full-time registered nurse and a part-time registered nurse as well as a student work crew. Medical direction is provided by an MD. Services provided are: referrals to other medical practitioners, over-the-counter medications and some prescriptions, assistance with health education, contraceptives such as condoms, dental dams, and emergency contraception’s, transportation to off-campus health related appointments and drop off/pick up prescriptions, testing for STI testing (for a fee), and seasonal flu vaccinations. Joyce Milling - Director |
Residence Life & Housing staff offers numerous services to the Warren Wilson community including roommate mediation, resources for student’s emotional and physical health, room assignments and room changes. Through programming and student outreach they help to build the sense of community we hold so dear. They work to ensure a safe environment on campus by holding students accountable to the WW C Community Commitment and campus policies. Within the Residence Life staff is four Area Coordinators, twelve Residence Directors, and twenty-seven Residence Assistants that offer one-on-one support for students. Learn more about the staff. |
RISE Project |

The RISE Project is committed to promoting consensual relationships in all forms, while working to end rape, sexual assault, dating violence, gender violence, stalking and harassment. Clubs and Support Groups consist of RISE Crew, RISE Advocates, Awareness events, and Prevention, Education, Service, Response events. |

Dan Seeger - Director |
Student Activities are responsible for most everything fun that takes place on campus. They manage evening and weekend programs such as movie nights, bands, open mics, craft nights, and game nights. Student Activities collaborates with many of the other crews by assisting with bringing guest speakers and bands to campus. They are also a great resource to have when an event needs promotions. They have supplies and/or people to make banners and posters for events of any and all crews. Learn more about the staff. |

The Wellness Center helps the members of the Warren Wilson College community to create, pursue and practice a lifestyle of wellness.
