How To Arrange a Visit
It is best if we have at least one week notice so we can plan the best use of your time during your visit.
To fully experience Warren Wilson, we recommend scheduling your visit to start in the morning. You will see those choices on the form. If you plan for your arrival before noon, we will have more opportunity to plan and schedule a comprehensive visit for you.
To schedule your visit, click the link below. Select your date range and you will see a choice of days and arrival times. Click ‘Plus One’ for the student attendee and continue with registration. After completing the form you will have the option to add the number of guests that will accompany the student. You must continue to the ‘Confirm’ page to enter your visit.
We look forward to seeing you at Warren Wilson!
Visiting for a Second Time?
Sign up online the same way. Tell us in the ‘Notes’ section what you’d like to do on your second visit (class observation, meet with a faculty member, explore campus on your own, or take the tour again if you wish).
Register: It is best if we have at least one week notice so that we can plan the best use of your time during your visit. While it is possible to visit with less notice, we may not be able to schedule everything you would like to see and do.
Accommodations: The Asheville area is a prime tourist destination with no shortage of exciting venues for you to enjoy. Explore options for accommodations (we strongly recommend making reservations in advance) and dine at our excellent independent restaurants. If you wish to stay close to the College, then look for lodging options in East Asheville or Black Mountain.
