Warren Wilson College has announced it will add women’s volleyball as a new varsity sport.

President of Warren Wilson College Dr. Lynn Morton has been awarded the Order of the Long Leaf Pine, the highest honor a North Carolina governor can confer for state service. 

During her time at Warren Wilson, she built a strong and diverse academic record, advocated for environmental justice, played lacrosse and served in multiple leadership roles

Last year the lyrics to the Warren Wilson College Alma Mater were officially changed to better reflect the inclusive community we aspire to be.

The North Carolina Stage Company opened the clever and timely comedy, "The Lifespan of a Fact" on April 13. The play is directed by Warren Wilson College Professor of Theatre Candace Taylor, and it stars Warren Wilson alumnus and up-and-coming actor Conor Donahue '17

Elizabeth O. Colton, Ph.D., an Emmy award-winning journalist and diplomat, will give the keynote address at Warren Wilson College’s 2022 Commencement on Saturday, May 7, 2022.
