Warren Wilson College students have embarked on a project to build a tiny home for a family displaced by Tropical Storm Helene. This hands-on project will allow students on our construction crew to put their skills to use in order to help support our community in recovery efforts.

Partnering with BeLoved Asheville, we aim to provide a tiny home for a displaced family in the Swannanoa Valley. We need to raise $30,000 to support the construction crew in executing this project, and an extra $6,000 for solar panels to make the home energy-efficient.

The home will utilize innovative methods and products, such as highly insulated panels that will decrease the house’s heating costs and increase energy efficiency. Your tax-deductible donation enables this life-changing project while supporting student learning and community impact.
