Newly Admitted?

If you’ve been accepted to Warren Wilson and are ready to commit, please pay your $300 enrollment deposit online as soon as possible. Your deposit is nonrefundable and will go straight to your first semester’s bill. Note that you will need to have or setup your WWC Admissions Portal login. Can’t get your login to work? Email us and we’ll be glad to help.

Once you’ve logged in, fill out the Offer of Admission Reply Form (if you haven’t already). After that, you will see a new item on your Application Status Page that says, “Enrollment Deposit – Submit Payment for $308.32 USD,” which is where you can pay online with a credit card. (The additional $8.32 is a processing fee for credit card payments.)

You can also send a check in the mail made payable to: Warren Wilson College. Send it to:

Setup Your WWC Login Credentials and Email

Within 24 hours of your deposit, your WWC network and email accounts will be created. You’ll receive your username and a temporary password by email (different from your applicant portal login). Didn’t get it? Reach out to admit@warren-wilson.edu.

Note: If you deferred from a previous term, you may already have access.

Change your temporary password and set up your account recovery information

  • Visit myaccount.microsoft.com and sign in with your full WWC email address (e.g., jdoe.f26@warren-wilson.edu) and temporary password.
  • When prompted, set up a verification method (such as the Microsoft Authenticator app or a phone number). This protects your account and allows you to recover access if you’re ever locked out.
  • Once your verification method is set, click the “Change password” on the left-hand rail to replace your temporary password with one you will be able to remember. This password will work for both your WWC Google, Microsoft and the myWWC internal portal accounts. The password must be a Minimum of 12 characters long and have 3 of 4 of the following:
    • Uppercase Letter
    • Lowercase Letter
    • Number
    • Special Character (@,-,!,etc)

Additionally, passwords containing common words like password or your username will not be accepted.

To access your WWC email:

  • Visit mail.warren-wilson.edu or open Gmail.
  • Sign in using your full WWC email address (e.g., jdoe.f24@warren-wilson.edu) and your new permanent password.
  • If you’re already signed into a personal Gmail account, sign out first—or add a new Chrome profile to manage multiple accounts.

Be sure to check your WWC email regularly—it’s how we’ll stay in touch!

To access my.warren-wilson.edu:

Use the link above and sign in with your WWC username only – not your full email address. For example, enter jdoe.f26, not jdoe.f26@warren-wilson.edu. Your password is the same one you just created.
